Winter returns....

Hello all....yes, we are now and finally paying for my pictorial provocation of Mother Nature a little while back....lots of snow now, and bitter cold....but I guess it was long overdue.

Not much to say, just had not posted anything in a few weeks.....we have a reasonable draft of the New Year's DVD complete, which a few lucky individuals have even glimpsed....several days of commuting to Mississauga have left me cranky. I know - half of Barrie does it every day....but I'm not them! I swear you could walk faster across the roofs of the parked cars some mornings on the 400....

We did receive some excellent news - Eric and Cindy (well, mostly Cindy) gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Henry! My guess is that he was named after Hank Rollins....but congrats!

New Year's 2006-2007

So we figured....new year, let's finally get around to starting that blog we keep talking about doing....so it begins. As most of you know, we do a fair bit of travelling, and end up with a wealth of stories and photos to share with others....well, what better way to share our adventures than with a blog?

The Scene - New Year's Eve. The Set - good ol' Glenecho. The Cast - twenty of our closest friends that still live within a reasonable distance. Live music, courtesy of The Shitflowers (and special guests).....keg of beer....and cooperative neighbours.

Given the abundance of quality video footage from the evening, there will be a special commemorative DVD issued to those of you who attended...you will not know when....you will not know where....but rest assured, your antics will appear on a television near you....and soon.

Good times with good friends - all bodes well for the New Year. More pics to follow as others share their digital treasures with us (hint! hint!).....
