An excuse for a weekend drive to the Harrow area led to breakfast at Midgee's Cafe in Cottam, followed by visits to Oxley Winery in Colchester and The Grove brew pub in Kingsville, plus a nice scenic sojourn along Lake Erie.
We spent another relaxing weekend at the trailer before celebrating Cox-Giving with a fabulous catered turkey dinner from Cravings Family Restaurant.
Fabulous fall weather also meant some overdue yardwork, now that my back was up to the task - along with bonfires, early winterizing, much art prep....and another visit to the drive-in.
As October waned, we still had one more family Thanksgiving in store in eastern Ontario!
