BBQ Season is Officially Open!

It was a little chilly, especially once the sun went down.....but as long as one stayed out of the wind, things worked out just fine. More importantly, no problems keeping the beer cold.

Kicked off the 2010 barbeque season yersterday afternoon with a couple of striploin steaks that had been marinated for several hours in some haphazard concoction of ingredients. Turned out surprisingly well!

Here's to another full season of fire and charred meat!
